Key risks (not exhaustive):

1. Capital at risk
   This is a high-risk investment. You could lose all of your money.

2. Business and product risk
   CSP is an early-stage product. It may not achieve product-market fit or may be outcompeted.

3. Revenue risk
   If subscriber numbers are low or volatile, subscription revenue may be insufficient to provide meaningful pay-outs.

4. Illiquidity
   There is no established secondary market. You should assume your funds are committed for the full 5-year term, unless an early exit mechanism is implemented and exercised.

5. No deposit protection
   This is not a savings product and is not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme.

6. No equity upside
   After 5 years, your revenue share ends. You do not participate in any future sale or IPO unless you separately acquire equity.

7. Tax risk
   Distributions may be taxable. Tax treatment depends on personal circumstances and may change.
